An energetic class melding yoga postures and core-focused work (plank variations for example) all delivered in the classic Vinyasa breathing style where each inhale/exhale moves you from one posture to the next. Each class will offer variations on balance, alignment strategies, and functional strength using only your body weight. The net effect is a wonderful balance of of strength-building, flexibility and relaxation.
Please bring your own yoga mat and water bottle.
